Guest Rates & Policies

Guest policies:

• Two-night minimum stay

• Check-in after 4 pm / Check-out by 11 am

• A one-night deposit is required to make a reservation ~ the balance is due upon arrival.

• Deposits are fully refunded for cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the reservation.  Deposits for cancellations made 14 days or less will not be refunded.

• Payment via Venmo or Zelle is preferred. Cash is also accepted for final payment.

• Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• You'll have exclusive use of the 3rd floor. The rest of our home is not shared.
